.يتم تحديد طريقة الاسترداد حسب الحالة (استبدال أو استرجاع مبلغ)-

.لن يتم قبول أي طلب بعد مرور 24 ساعة من الاستلام-

في حالة رفض استلام الطلب، لا يتم استرداد أي مبالغ مدفوعة مقدمًا-
